Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FlowAV, a cloud-based SaaS application provided by FlowAV, LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

By creating an account, using FlowAV, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use FlowAV. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.

FlowAV is currently offered for individual users working in audiovisual planning and production.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. Contact FlowAV promptly at admin@flowav.pro if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Subject to these terms and your subscription status, FlowAV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for your own audiovisual planning and production workflows.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse FlowAV except as allowed by applicable law.

You may create, upload, enter, or store diagrams, device information, cable and patch data, inventory details, packing lists, testing notes, readiness checklists, venue information, exports, and related project information in FlowAV.

You retain ownership of the content and project data you create. You grant FlowAV permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content and project data you enter into FlowAV.

FlowAV is a planning and documentation tool. It is not engineering, electrical, structural, safety, compliance, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for reviewing all diagrams, patch lists, equipment lists, testing records, exports, and readiness information before relying on them in the field.

FlowAV does not guarantee design correctness, equipment compatibility, electrical safety, code compliance, signal integrity, equipment performance, or successful event execution.

• Use FlowAV for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or areas of the service that you are not authorized to access.
• Interfere with service operation, security, rate limits, or infrastructure.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes another party's rights.
• Use FlowAV to build or support a competing product by copying non-public service functionality.

FlowAV, including its software, interface, workflows, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by FlowAV, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These terms do not transfer ownership of FlowAV intellectual property to you.

FlowAV subscriptions are billed through Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for subscription transactions.

The FlowAV Individual plan is available with monthly and annual billing. Both billing options include a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required for the trial.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain access to paid features through the end of that paid period.

Refunds are handled according to the FlowAV Refund Policy and applicable law.

FlowAV may add, change, suspend, or remove features over time. FlowAV may also perform maintenance or experience interruptions.

FlowAV aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

FlowAV may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service in a way that may cause legal or security issues.

You may stop using FlowAV at any time. Subscription cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically delete your account or project data.

FlowAV is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, FlowAV disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, FlowAV, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or substitute services.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, FlowAV's total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to FlowAV for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to reasonably cooperate with and indemnify FlowAV, LLC from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of FlowAV, violation of these terms, violation of law, or content and project data you provide.

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

FlowAV may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, FlowAV will take reasonable steps to notify users or make the updated terms available through the website or service.

Your continued use of FlowAV after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
