Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to FlowAV subscriptions purchased through Paddle, FlowAV's billing and payment provider and Merchant of Record.

Except where required by applicable law, FlowAV subscription payments are non-refundable.

FlowAV does not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, failure to use the service, or failure to cancel before a renewal charge.

FlowAV Individual includes a 7-day free trial with a payment method required at checkout. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Cancellation prevents future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you retain access through the end of that paid period.

Canceling a subscription does not create a refund or credit for unused time in the current paid billing period except where required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.

Paddle may process refund requests according to applicable laws and its buyer terms as Merchant of Record for FlowAV subscription transactions.
