Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how FlowAV, LLC collects, uses, shares, and retains information when you visit flowav.pro, create an account, use the FlowAV application, contact support, or purchase a subscription.
FlowAV is operated from Florida, United States.
Information you provide
- Account and profile information, such as name, email address, password credentials handled by Supabase authentication, account status, and related profile settings.
- Project and diagram data, such as plans, devices, ports, cables, connections, venue I/O, inventory items, pack lists, testing records, readiness checklist items, notes, exports, and related AV planning content.
- Support communications, such as messages you send to admin@flowav.pro and information needed to respond to account, technical, billing, privacy, or legal questions.
- Billing information handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. FlowAV does not need to store full payment card details in its application database.
Technical information and browser storage
FlowAV and its service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, authentication events, logs, and security-related records as needed to operate and secure the website and application.
The current codebase uses browser local storage for preferences and workflow state, including appearance settings, theme, selected plan, plan list view, and wire display mode. It also uses a sidebar_state cookie to remember sidebar layout state in the app.
Supabase authentication may store session information in browser storage or cookies as needed to keep you signed in and secure your account.
FlowAV does not currently use an analytics provider and does not currently use AI processing or AI APIs.
Service providers
FlowAV uses Hostinger for website hosting, Supabase for authentication and database infrastructure, Resend for transactional email, and Paddle for billing, payments, tax handling, fraud prevention, and Merchant of Record services.
These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to FlowAV or to you, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
How FlowAV uses information
- Provide, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the website and application.
- Create and manage accounts, authentication, subscriptions, and customer support.
- Store and display your project, diagram, inventory, testing, readiness, and export data.
- Send account, security, support, billing, and service-related messages.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, billing, and regulatory obligations.
How information is shared
FlowAV does not sell personal information.
FlowAV may share information with service providers listed in this policy, when required by law, to protect rights and security, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.
Security
FlowAV uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No internet service, hosting provider, database, or email system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for using a unique, strong password.
Retention and deletion
FlowAV keeps account, project, and support information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain backups, and protect the service.
You may request account or personal-data deletion by emailing admin@flowav.pro. Certain transaction, billing, security, fraud-prevention, backup, and legally required records may be retained where necessary.
International processing
FlowAV and its service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where service providers operate. Privacy protections may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of certain personal information, or to object to certain processing.
To make a privacy request, contact admin@flowav.pro. FlowAV may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children
FlowAV is not intended for children or anyone under 18. FlowAV does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
Policy changes
FlowAV may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will show a new last updated date when changes are posted.
